Peugeot 206 Cc Roof Wont Open

2006 peugeot s 206cc retractable roof stuck in the down position with the windows up. I don t believe its the pump cause the roof will open sometimes and not others. Neither the window nor roof switches work nor do i get the usual warning tones when i press them.

The boot tray is extended and the trip seems to work. I think the fault is intermitant cause i only get the beeping noise now and again. When the side locks are in place and the ignition is on my windows work but when i undo the latches and press the switch to make the side windows open boot open and for the roof to go down all it does is just beep at me yet ive tried everything.
