Passenger Side Door Lock Will Not Unlock

Cannot unlock doors from driver side or passanger side of car.

Passenger side door lock will not unlock.

The lock up and down button does move slightly when actuated but does not go all the way u read more. If the lock isn t getting power hold the lock switch either up or down and then open and close the door repeatedly to see if the lock will work. This time the door should open.
